How to make Royal Mocha Freeze
Freeze Chill brandy flavored Chocolate chocolate coffee mocha coffee
1 pint whipping cream
1 (5.5 ounc) can chocolate syrup
1/3 cup brandy
1 quart coffee ice softened cream
1 (6 ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels
3/4 cup chopped almonds, toasted
Whipped cream (opt)
Chocolate leaves (opt)
Maraschino cherries (opt)
Combine whipping cream, chocolate syrup, and brandy; beat at low speed of an electric mixer until thickened.
Place ice cream in a large plastic or metal freezer container; fold chocolate mixture into ice cream.
Stir in chocolate morsels and almonds.
Freeze, uncovered, about 3 hours.
Remove from freezer, and stir well.
Cover and freeze until firm.
Spoon into parfait glasses and garnish with whipped cream, chocolate leaves, and maraschino cherries, if desired.
